"The rate was greatly exagerated due to it being graduation weekend at East Carolina University. It felt like we were being taken advantage of but realize that is what all the chains do when there is a special event going on. The room had a sofa bed that needed repair. It smelled like mold and the springs in it were very uncomfortable! As I was in a rush to checkout I did not take the opportunity to mention this to the desk clerk. I am grateful for the chance now to voice my opinion. In answer to question #7, I would probably stay at this hotel again, but I would hope that the couch would be cleaned! It did not appear to be sanitary. Since the hotel was booked solid, we just felt that there was no other room to go."
